Belize
With its
vast rainforests and intriguing Mayan ruins, Belize
offers our clients a wealth to explore. This unique
destination backdrop allows for romantic get-a-ways or
private diversions which will be remembered for life.
For our
divers, the island's barrier reef is second in size only
to the Great Barrier Reef of Australia. The reef runs
the entire length of the 185-mile-long island which is
home to the famous Blue Hole, immortalized by Jacque
Cousteau in the early 80's. Divers can swim through
tunnels that connect huge coral spur formations and
experience underwater sightings such as large schools of
horse-eyed jacks, spadefish, yellowtail snapper and
blue-bar jacks. Client comments about "what's cool"
center around the tapestry of corals, the huge sea
turtles and the gentle giant manta rays. Hot Chan
Marine Preserve is one of the most popular diving and
snorkeling spots, even for novices.
Many

Bonaire, Netherlands Antilles
Bonaire advertises itself as the
"Diver's Paradise" and rightly so, with 75% of its
visitors coming solely in pursuit of underwater
exploration. Unlike other Odyssey Excursion destinations
where dive boats are generally needed to get to the
prime dive sites, our clients who choose Bonaire, can
literally walk out of their hotel rooms, strap on a tank
and ease themselves
right into the ocean!
Once there they enjoy the beauty of
hard and soft corals populated by tropical fish and
small colorful invertebrates. Bonaire maintains an
unspoiled coral system because of stringent efforts to
prevent the island from being marred by outside forces.
One component of that protection was put into action
when the island's surrounding waters were turned into a
marine underwater park. Bonaire is also a resort island,
with its own excursion diversions and because there's no
real "off" season, private and corporate groups can plan
confidently for future event dates.
Cozumel
Our
excursions to Cozumel are always unforgettable! The
island has an abundance of diversions available. The
village of San Miguel, features a coastal avenue

Curacao
Like its sister island Bonaire,
Curacao enjoys a worldwide reputation as a dream
destination in the Caribbean. Our underwater adventures
can be chosen from over 60 identified prime dive and
snorkel sites. We feel the finest and most spectacular
diving areas
are on the western side of the island. Many of the prime
dive sites are accessible from the shore. Private and larger group excursion clients
love this location because large groups of their attendees can dive together without the need to hire several
charter boats.
Visibility is excellent and generally 150 to 200 feet
and water temperatures very comfortable from 70
to 85 degrees. Clients are always very awestruck and
comment on the massive coral formations which extend
into the depths with deep-water fish patrolling the
plunging walls. Another welcome feature of this
excursion location for both divers and snorklers, is
the accessibility of shipwreck exploration. Shipwreck
diving on Curacao is more accessible than any other
Odyssey Excursion site location, making it easy for our
novice clients to try it for the very first time.
Fiji Islands
The Fiji
Islands meet the needs and
expectations of all of our clients. Whether it's a
Private or Group Excursion, regardless of the number of
attendees or the size of your posse, this South Pacific
location has it all! For our Scheduled Excursion
clients, Fiji offers a fantastic variety of colorful
soft corals, thousands of fish species, a dozen different
kinds of whales and dolphins as well as providing
numerous locations for specialty dives.
So, how
can this be possible? Well there is no island of Fiji
... instead, Fiji is an island nation of about 300
islands, from small remote islets that seem caught in an
old South Pacific time warp to some of the world's most
exclusive private resort
islands. So clients wanting Fiji always ask, where
should we go? In Fiji, the
real question is how do you want to spend your time?
Diversions are abundant here, for example,
surfers have long
favored several world-class reef breaks off Tavarua
island in the Mamanuca chain just west of Fiji's largest
island and our diving customers can pick and choose from
some of the best dive site locations in the South Seas
with one of the best known, Taveuni, which is legendary
for its wall dives.
With the exception of the travel
time, Odyssey Excursions strongly recommends that you
consider Fiji for your Private or Group Excursion.
Please note that from the US, you'll be crossing the
International Dateline that means you will lose a day on
your way to Fiji and get it back upon returning to the
U.S. From Los Angeles, flying time is 10 hours non-stop
or 13 hours if you stop in Honolulu.
Grand Cayman
Rated No# 1, in
North America! Compared with
its tiny sisters, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman, Grand Cayman is
know as the party island.
The
island's stunning 7 mile beach located on the western side of the island
with
exotic coral reefs, make Grand Cayman the prefect dive mecca for
one of our scheduled excursions. Many clients
rate this a superb location for
our private excursions because of
the excellent diving and the quality of the diversions we
are able to
offer!

March and April when its the spawning season for

order to preserve the natural behavior of marine life at
